My story

My core expertise spans Social, Technical, Environmental Compliance, Supply Chain Security (CTPAT), and Health & Safety. I’ve conducted 29+ Tier 1 & 2 factory audits and helped develop 16 factories under the Nirapon 90-Day Safety Management Program. I’ve worked with top global brands including Walmart, Inditex, Kohl's, Macy's, Bestseller, H&M, PVH, and C&A, and supported successful audits like BSCI, SLCP, Sedex (SMETA), WRAP, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, SCS, SCAN, and Higg FEM.

I am passionate about building ethically compliant supply chains, driving factory-level improvements, and ensuring audit readiness with a practical, solution-focused approach.

10+ years of hands-on experience in the RMG industry across Compliance (social, Supply Chain Security, environmental, technical), Safety Management, Health & Safety, HRM.
Conducted 29 Tier 1 and Tier 2 factory assessments/internal audits based on Social, Technical, Environmental, and CTPAT standards for onboarding brands or order placements.
Successfully developed 16 factories under various groups (including Standard, Silver Line, Birds, Windy Group, etc.) as part of the 90 Days Safety Management Program, upgrading their status from 'Not Participant' to 'Fully Participant'.
Expertise in Nirapon Safety Management Program, Higg Index, GHG Reporting, ISO 14001, labor law, training programs, audit management, and environmental management systems.
Strong command of labor laws, ILO conventions, and factory-level compliance standards, with hands-on experience in ethical audits and training.
